Inspired by local Ecuadorian flora and fauna, Wanders & Yoo created mesmeric spaces at Oh Residencias that invite the botanical world inside, resulting in surprising and beautifully designed public areas for residents to enjoy.
The show apartment was designed in the ‘Air’ style (an option of Hard Finishes offered to residents upon purchasing). Designed in collaboration with Marcel Wanders’ Amsterdam studio, this 3 bed apartment sat on top of thenow-demolished ‘Nestle’ building,so buyers could experience the volcanic views of Quito that the apartments would offer in reality.
