TAT is a concept store in Belgium focused on pre-loved designer clothing. Derived from the Japanese sensibility around caring for your clothes, TAT focuses on the longevity of special garments whislt carrying this ethos in the interior architecture of its flagship store.
The treatment of the facade of the high street building was inspired by the Japanese ‘tatoushi’ folding paper case traditionally used to store kimono. The building invites the building inside by extended the street into the footprint of the store.
